Terms of use
The short version: reviews are their authors' opinions, follow the guidelines when you post, don't try to unmask reviewers, and nobody — including us — can sell you a different set of rules.
1. What this site is
D2D Dealer Review hosts reviews of door-to-door and direct sales dealerships, written by the sales reps who worked with them. Reviews are user-generated content: they are the opinions and experiences of their authors, not statements by D2D Dealer Review. We do not verify the factual claims in reviews, and a review's presence on the site is not an endorsement of its contents.
2. Acceptable use
You agree to follow the review guidelines when posting. You may not post content you know to be false, impersonate others, attempt to deanonymize reviewers, scrape reviewer data, submit fake reviews (positive or negative), or interfere with the operation of the site. We may remove content per our moderation policy and may block users or companies that abuse the platform.
3. Your content
You retain ownership of the reviews you write. By posting, you grant D2D Dealer Review a perpetual, worldwide, royalty-free license to host, display, and distribute your review on the platform and in materials about the platform. You represent that your review reflects your genuine experience.
4. Interactive computer service
D2D Dealer Review is a provider of an interactive computer service. Reviews and company responses are information provided by another information content provider — their authors. Under 47 U.S.C. § 230, D2D Dealer Review is not the publisher or speaker of user-generated content, and our good-faith moderation of content does not change that. Concerns about a specific review should be raised through the "Report this review" link on the review itself.
5. Copyright (DMCA)
We respond to takedown notices that comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, 17 U.S.C. § 512. Send notices to legal@d2ddealerreview.com and include: the copyrighted work at issue, the infringing material and its location on the site, your contact information, the required good-faith and accuracy statements, and your signature. We may forward notices to the affected poster and may restore content in response to a valid counter-notice.
6. Disclaimers
The site is provided "as is," without warranties of any kind, express or implied. Nothing on the site is legal, financial, or employment advice. Ratings are arithmetic aggregates of user reviews and carry no independent meaning. To the fullest extent permitted by law, D2D Dealer Review is not liable for decisions made in reliance on user-generated content.
7. Changes
We may update these terms; material changes will be dated on this page. Continued use of the site after changes take effect is acceptance of the updated terms.
