Before this site, the only way to learn a dealership's reputation was to already know someone who got burned there.
D2D Dealer Review fixes that with anonymous, verified reviews by reps, on the dimensions that decide whether a dealership is worth your season — pay accuracy, chargeback fairness, turf quality, training, management, and whether you'd go back. Reading is free and requires no account. Writing takes two minutes and one email click, and your identity never appears anywhere.
The rules we hold ourselves to
No fake or seeded reviews. Ever.
Not to launch the site, not to help a friendly company, not to hurt a hostile one. Every review comes from a real person who submitted it themselves and confirmed it by email. That includes us — we have never written or planted a review and never will.
One rulebook for every company
Moderation follows the published policy identically for every dealership — including any company affiliated with the people who run this site. There is no premium tier, no partner program, and no phone number to call for special treatment.
Reviews are not for sale
No company can pay to remove, edit, bury, or reorder a review. If we ever run advertising, it will be clearly labeled and will have zero effect on ratings, ordering, or moderation.
Anonymity by architecture
Reviewer emails are stored only as one-way cryptographic hashes — we couldn't expose a reviewer even under pressure, because we don't have the data. Companies never learn anything about who reviewed them.

Who runs this site
D2D Dealer Review is independently run and is not owned by, funded by, or affiliated with any dealership or service provider reviewed on it. We're finalizing the formal ownership disclosure with counsel and will publish it here — including the legal entity behind the site and any past industry affiliations — because a review platform asking for your honesty owes you its own.
